Situation:
You want your calling customers to be able to enter their account number and automatically hear their account balance. Additionally, you want to present the caller with different options, based on the account balance.
Solution:
With Anveo's Visual Designer, create a Call Flow to obtain the account number from the caller and then use the HTTP Control to send the account number to your in-house business application and retrieve the account balance into your Call Flow. It's as simple as dragging-and-dropping the HTTP Controls into your Call Flow.
