How to troubleshoot OBI device

General troubleshooting tips
OBI device uses your internet connection and it must be configured to "register" with service provider.
1. Check if OBI device is connected to internet router.
2. Login to OBITALK portal and check if SP slot for Anveo has any error messages.
3. Reboot your internet router and the modem (very important step)
4. After the router is reboot then power-cycle OBI device (unplug power supply from OBI device, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in)
5. Wait 2 minutes and then check OBITALK account and if the device is online then you should see "registered" there.
